Increase your Happiness in 3 Simple Steps

Learn the art of QUIETNESS and BODY ATTUNEMENT.

It is so important to learn to tune into yourself. The easiest way to learn this art is to practice quietness. Not just mediation or mindfulness but tuning your energy centers into the proper frequencies. A great way to do this is to use the crystal bowls music on youtube.

This music tunes your energy centers and allows for just being quiet and feeling the vibrational energy of your body being tuned. You don’t have to worry about what to think, but to sit and let your body tune into the vibrations the bowls create, which are the same frequency as the energy centers. When we start to tune our body into these frequencies, you will find that your day is going in a more natural alignment each day. Here are two links that I use and that are less than 15 minutes, which is all it takes for your body to begin this vibrational change.

I have been practicing this for the last two weeks, and I cannot believe the alignment that I am finding in my body. For me, it has even helped me change my eating habits. I have been able to avoid starch in the form of bread and sugar for two weeks.

This has been a life long struggle. But there seems to be an attunement that I was not able to accomplish in just dieting. I have been practicing mindfulness for two years now, but this is different in the feel and approach that is making for me.

I think it has to do with what Esther Hicks calls the “Pocket of Resistance.” This is just getting your body past the resistance and in tune state to your highest self. Your highest self is where we all need to seek. If we can find our vibrational best self, we can create from a place of self vibration and not from the place of doing what everyone else is telling us to do.

Understand that Failure is for our Higher Good.

Failure is something that we learn through the people around us is bad and ugly. We think if we fail that we have somehow become less of a person, but what if failure was just a great way to learn?

  • What if we changed our focus from negative to positive?
  • What if we allowed ourselves to fail and see that as a possibility that just wasn’t for us?
  • What if we see failure as an ability to learn and grow in our true self?
  • What if we get curious and discover the Why of the failure?
  • What if we stopped judging everything that we do and enjoy the process?

It is the process of becoming that makes us the person that we want to become. We can never become that person without first knowing what we do not want. Instead of wasting so much creating resistance to failure we accept it as a way to do something different then it becomes our friend and confident.

So stop giving up on yourself and find the good in the things that have happened. Always focus on what you can discover from any situation that you encounter. You will be one step closer to the vibrational energy of you.

Learn that the HIGHER THOUGHTS you focus on, the HIGHER VIBRATIONS you generate.

In the environment that the western world currently has generated, there is no denying that we have focused our thoughts on what is going wrong. We focus our thoughts on our differences, on lack of money, on jobs we hate, and we focus our energy on surviving. There are all necessary, but they leave us empty and drained. We have to take the time out of our busy lives to pour back in the positive vibrations of gratitude, self-acceptance, and love.

These vibrations are the ones that fill us up.

  • When is the last time you did something just for the pure joy of doing it?
  • When did you connect to to the earth and ground yourself?
  • When did you spend time just being grateful for the last breathe that you took?

It takes a concentrated effort on your part to make this a daily and weekly and monthly part of your life. Take time to get away and do something that lifts you up. Take time to develop a habit of gratitude for where you are now. Stop worrying about everything going wrong and find the things going right. We have to step back and look at life. Stop comparing yourself to the people on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Stop trying to be something that you are not. Find out who you are and be you. You can’t be the best version of someone else you have to be the best version of you. I have developed a journal to help you.
