Hiring a Lifecoach is necessary if you are serious about making progress toward your goals. No one is successful in making significant changes in their life without the support of someone who understands your journey and can support your experiences.

I recommend that you find a life coach that uses an individual approach just for you. That works with you on your specific concerns and needs. Asking yourself these five questions will help you determine if you are ready for this life-changing journey.

1. Am I ready to commit to the journey of living my life’s purpose?
It takes a commitment to yourself to live your purpose. If you are like 99% of the people in the world you are living in a world of distraction. You have been conditioned to follow the crowd. You go to work every day and put in the time. Come home and watch TV or a movie. Watching the celebrities chasing their dreams, but what about you?

Do you wonder when you will ever be able to live your life?

You argue with your partner or spouse, about little things and never seem to be able to resolve your concerns. Maybe you are busy chasing your kids’ dreams and wonder if you will ever get to live your Dream.

Learning how to live in concentration without distraction is the only way to find your purpose and live it. A life coach can help you figure out the journey that you want to take and then create the habits that will take you on this journey.

2. Am I ready to step into the river of change?
To become the person that you want to be will take a willingness to learn the process of change. This can be overwhelming and get you stuck. Having a life coach who can help when the times are tough, and the journey get’s scary is a sure fire way of making the journey successful.

When you are ready to face your past and move into the future, the only way to do it is with support. Otherwise, it is will be caught in the swift currents of your brain and body fighting to stay in what is familiar to them. They will fight you and try to take you in the old currents.

“Change is like a river: nothing is the same, even for an instant. Everything is continually moving through the six stages of change: about to come into being, beginning, expanding, approaching maximum potential, peaking, and finally, passing its peak and flowing into its new condition.”

–Wu Wei – Play the Game

It takes discipline and someone who will show you the process of making the change to defeat the old habits and patterns. You have to be ready to Awake to the possibilities of life and be willing to overcome the obstacles that will present themselves. It is making the changes that you can begin to thrive.

3. Am I ready to let the past be the past?
The first step in making a journey of transformation and purpose is to decide that I am willing to let the past go and move into my future. Reliving your past can drown you. You have to live in the present and develop your vision of the future.

Developing this plan on your own can be daunting, and fear can overwhelm you. Have a life coach walking beside you and show you what works for you. Your chances of completing this journey can become a reality.

4. Am I willing to pursue a lifestyle that promotes my happiness?
This may sound like a stupid question. Doesn’t everyone want to be happy? The answer is yes, of course — however, the ability to be satisfied hampers all the conditioning that is happening around you.

You are probably not even aware of what is contributing to your lack of success. A coach can help you pinpoint what is keeping you from moving on with your journey and give you processes and ideas to move you forward.

5. Am I willing to invest in myself?
Ask yourself, Do I love myself? This is a hard question for most people to ask themselves. I believe most people are too afraid to even say it to themselves. In the book, “Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It” by Kamal Ravikant. Kamal talks about the importance of loving yourself.

“I gave a talk to an audience of scientists, Pentagon officials, politicians, and CEOs on the secret of life and how I’d figured it out the previous summer. Afterward, people came up individually and told me how much what I’d shared meant to them. This book is based on the truth I spoke about. It’s something I learned from within myself, something I believed saved me. And more than that, the way I set about to do it.” Kamal Ravikant

You may have never thought about how important it is to love yourself. You may have been like me, and the first time I said “I Love You, Allie,” I cried because I didn’t understand how much I had neglected telling myself those three little words. The truth is that if you don’t love yourself, you will find it hard even to think you are worth the money it will take to change your life, but you are worth it. You are so worth it because God has a plan for you. It is a plan for your good to give you a future and a hope. A life coach will help you find love for yourself if you can find the faith to invest in yourself.

If you are looking for a coach, who understands the journey and is willing to help you develop a plan that works for you. That knows that we all need someone to support us and help us find ourselves. I have a limited number of spaces available.
