3 Simple Steps to Overcome Your Worries and Create New Beliefs

Begin with the understanding that your mind is the center of the change. You cannot change your habits, your practices, and your life without understanding that the mind is the center of all evolution. The first seven years of life, we spent in a dream state. We spent our time taking in how the world works, like a tape recorder we recorded everything that happened and translated it into how the world works. Each of us saw and perceived this world differently. Therefore, all of our experiences were recorded individually. As an adult, we spend our time figuring out how those perceptions were wrong, and then we have to replace it with what is possible and not what our child minds processed.
The second step is taking control of what is going into our minds and recreating new habits. Habits are the key to changing our world. Simple patterns can reframe our perceptions. Simple practices like mindfulness and meditation begin to allow our brain to reshape. The best time to do this is in the Theta state, which is the last few minutes before we fall asleep and the first hour after we get awake in the morning. These are the times to change the habits and recreate habits that will serve us. If you are looking for real change in your life, then begin to change the habit of getting out of bed in the morning and starting the day without your phone or TV. These things only add to the same perceptions of the world that you currently have. You want to create new perceptions, and you can do this by adding productive self-development and exercise to your routine. The stillness of putting into new thoughts early in the morning and right before you go to bed at night is key to you being able to change your life. Spend this time thinking about the life you want and not about the worries that naturally plague your day.
The last step is to find new ways of thinking. You have to replace the old information with new and improved information. There are lots of people who are on this journey and can contribute to your growth. I have three of my favorites below that will help you as you continue on this journey. Creating new pathways in your brain is a journey that begins the moment you start to spend time growing yourself and understanding who you are and what your purpose is here on this earth. We all have a purpose, and God did not create you to sit and do nothing. Finding your purpose allows you to touch that part of your soul that wants to connect with people and people to connect with you. It also allows you to connect with God, who created you. So I encourage you to leave the worry behind and seek your higher self. Loving who you are will allow you to love others and God in a way that you never realized existed.
