Your Current Habits cannot produce Your DREAM.

You produce what you know. Which means that you attract to you what you are familiar with.
You are where you are right now in your life because of what you have done in the past. It is the law of – “YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW”.

So whatever you are putting out into the world is what you are currently reaping. Therefore, if you want your DREAM to come true you have to start sowing different seeds and water them and watch them grow. It is springtime and a time of sowing.

So if you really want to live your dream it is time to sow different seeds. Seeds that make the DREAM grow.

Your Internal Dialogue is Attracting the Wrong People.

This is another way that you reap what you sow. You attract into your life what you are currently putting out into the world. You are like a magnet attracting like people. So if something in someone is driving you crazy look inside.

You are attracting that behavior in some way. There is something there to learn from this person. Even if it is just to see that you are reflecting something into the world that you aren’t even aware. Life is like a mirror and the people around you reflect what you are inside.

If you want to change these patterns a wonderful affirmation for this comes from:

Florence Scovel Shinn – “None of these things move me”. It will change internally the things that are attracting these people.

You either learn from being forced to by circumstances or you can learn from looking at others and being proactive to put things in place to grow. It’s up to you.

You have to make the Familiar Unfamiliar and the Unfamiliar More Familiar

Our brains automatically stay in the mode that it is currently functioning for us. It does not like change and is not going to change unless we purposely decide to change.

It takes intentional movement in another direction in order for you to change what we are currently doing to produce new results. Your current roots run deep on your familiar habits.

If you are not producing what you currently want then look deep inside and decide what changes you will need to make in order to move forward and produce the DREAM that you know is meant for you.

You can change, but it will mean changing BAD HABITS and making NEW HABITS your familiar. You will need to start pruning the roots so that new roots can start to grow and nourish your DREAM.

It means surrounding yourself with the people that are on the same path and joining together with them to see what works to make these changes.

It means getting up and doing that mediation so that you can calm your brain and look at what you need to do in order to produce new results. You have to change and that is not easy.

You will probably find your brain fighting tooth and nail to stay the way you are. Change is unfamiliar, but if you spend the time to make it familiar the results are your DREAM gets to be your reality.

So it is worth making the changes, but not easy. Start finding people today that will support you is the key to any successful journey. Having a coach that is there when things get tough and help you see life in a different way is a great step to take to reach your DREAM.

I support people on this journey every day.
